SEL SETBACK

ON sets the IDLE temperature at 275°F; fryer will

automatically go into Idle after 30 minutes. OFF

sets the IDLE temperature at 350°F and will not

automatically enter Idle after 30 minutes. Use

or ▼ to toggle SETBACK ON or SETBACK OFF.
