SERVICING THIS EQUIPMENT.

WARNING: SPILLING HOT FRYING COMPOUND CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS. DO NOT MOVE FRYER WITHOUT

DRAINING ALL FRYING COMPOUND FROM THE TANK.

Clearances listed in this manual apply to combustible and non-combustible materials.

The fryer must be restrained with adequate ties to prevent tipping when installed in order to avoid the splashing of hot

liquid.

Provide a restraining device for the gas line where shown below to limit movement of the fryer without depending on

the connector and/or any quick-disconnect device or its associated piping to limit movement of the fryer.
