4. RADIANTS

Place the radiants in their position as shown in Figure 2.

Make sure that radiants nestle properly on front and

rear supports.

NOTE: Do not drop radiants on supports.

5. GRID GRATES

Place the top grid grates in place with the grid bars

sloping toward the front as shown in Figure 3, or with grid

bars horizontal. These two positions can be obtained by

turning the grid grates upside down.

NOTE: When grid grates are placed sloping toward

the front, groves on top will guide excess fat drippings

into the grease trough.

6. EXTENDED SHUTDOWN

Turn the manual shut-off valve to “off” position and shut

off the pilot flame by turning the adjusting screw on the

pilot valve.
