11. Electrical Items:

a. See attached (E1.2) for Single-Line Diagram (Modified) to show (3) sub-panels

as indicated on revised single line diagram.

b. Attached U1.1.1 Shows relocated Transformer Pad and conduit feed to power

panels on U1.1.

c. Lighting-attached is (E2.1)the Parking Lot Lighting Fixture.

d. E3.1 shows the Fire Alarm Plan Symbols that was not included in drawings.

Note the following locations shall get Audio/Visual Fire Alarms-Doors #001,

002, 003, 004 in Lower Level. Also provide four (4) four Smoke Detectors

monitored by Fire Alarm Control Panel at the following column line locations:

02/A.6, 03/A.2, 05/A.2, 06/A.6. Upper Level Plan shall get Audio/Visual Fire

Alarms at Doors-#109A, 115A, Column Line 03/A near Door 100b, Doors 101b,

101c. Locate one Audio/Visual Fire Alarm at the West Jamb of Large doorway

located at A.4 on the Gallery 108 side. Provide 1 (one) Visual Strobe Alarm in

each Restroom-Men 120 and Women 121. Provide Remote Fire Alarm

Annunciator on the west side of Door 100a, and Manual Fire Alarm Pull Box &

Audio/Visual Fire Alarm on the East side of Door 100a.

12. ALLOWANCE ITEM: All Landscaping shall be an Allowance Item of $7,500.00.

13. Drawings-Coversheet-CVR, ADD to the Index, Sheet S-O, Structural General

Notes. This drawing was included in the set, but not listed on the coversheet.

14. Clarification-Drawings Sheet A-3 Exterior Elevations, DELETE references to

“Tinted Glazing”. Specification Section 08800 states that all exterior glazing

shall be clear.

15. DRAWINGS, Sheet A-6, Door #105c-Rolling Shutter-Clarification. This rolling

Shutter is NOT fire rated or Smoke Shutter, simply a regular manual operation,
